Once you have successfully placed an order, the system will automatically send you an "Order Confirmation" email which lists:
The orders will be delivered after 2-3 working days upon the payment received.
If you would like to trace the delivery status, please kindly check from SF-express system.
How to Report Product Issues
For any missing / wrong / defective items of your order, you may report the product issues through the email or Facebook Messenger within 3 days after received.
To provide required information (i.e. product details, description of product issue, photos, etc.) through the email or Facebook Messenger, A confirmation email / message will be sent to you within 1 working day upon request submission.
The exchange process could be confirmed within2-3 working days . We will notify you of the delivery arrangement through email or Facebook Messenger.
If product return / replacement is required, please retain all packing materials and ensure the product(s) is in good and original conditions.
*Please note that only one application can be submitted for each order.
Amend / Cancel Order
Once an order is confirmed, logistics arrangement will be proceeded and the system will instantly send the order details for product preparation and shipping. Manual changes in confirmed orders may cause record discrepancies and affect the delivery arrangement. Therefore, we apologize that we are unable to amend or cancel any confirmed orders.
