Return and Exchange
If there is any missing / wrong / defective item of your order, you may report it to us via email or Facebook Messenger within 3 days of receipt. Only defective item is applicable for refund request. Please provide us with your order information (including product details, description of product issue, photos, etc.). An email / message will be sent to you within 2 working day to acknowledge receipt of your request. The request for product exchange / refund will then be confirmed within 3-4 working days, and a confirmation email / message with shipping details will be sent to you via email or Facebook Messenger. Please return the defective / wrong item to us within 10 days of receipt of our confirmation email.
Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed in 7 working days to the bank account.
Products will only be accepted for exchange /refund if received in their original unworn condition and with all original packaging. Only one exchange / refund request can be made for each order.

Modification / Cancellation of Orders
Once your order is confirmed, our system will instantly process your order and arrange the logistics. Changes to the order may cause record discrepancies and disrupt the shipment. Therefore, we apologize that we are unable to amend or cancel any confirmed orders.
The Mainetti Group reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Should there be any dispute, the Mainetti Group reserves the right of final decision.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
