2021年1月, MainettiCare支持苗圃行動的「有福同享」活動，與其他企業同心贊助一些物資，讓社會上有需要的人士在過年期間都得到一份溫暖。在是次活動我們捐贈了12,000個口罩及1,200支消毒洗手液。
Jan 2021 – Mainetti donated 12,000 masks and 1,200 hand sanitizers to Sowers Action and joined hands with other corporations to bless those in need during Chinese New Year.
