2020年12月，萬美集團與9間慈善機構合作，捐贈超過100,000個口罩，以幫助香港各區長者、低收入家庭及其他有需要人士。

December 2020 – Mainetti donated over 100,000 masks to 9 local NGOs in Hong Kong. Through the extensive network of these NGOs, the masks were able to reach the elderly, lower income families and those in need.
The 9 local NGOs were:
